You are the expert in your own life and the realities of your family circumstances. I will listen to you to learn where you and your loved ones are struggling. I will teach you the skills you need and help you untangle what gets in the way when things get hard. Service with me is about learning and growing together as a family.

I work with adults in individual therapy as well as families with children, adolescents, and adult children.
